Financial information. We use Bookwhen for software for the booking process and Stripe as the payment platform. You can opt in/out for your details to be stored on both platforms.

We may also collect data about your health or medical conditions, where you have volunteered this, for example so that we can cater for you when you attend a workshop.

Fulfilment of bookings for all services provided.

We may communicate with you by SMS, email and digital channels. This includes our website and social media channels,  for example WhatsApp.
