Financial information. We use Bookwhen for software for the booking process and Stripe as the payment platform. You can opt in/out for your details to be stored on both platforms.

Fulfilment of bookings for all services provided.

Communication about our services and activities we believe may be of interest to you.

Storing your details on software platforms used for the online management of our customer database.

Please note that your own use of the software or system is subject to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy published on that site.

To develop new products and services and to review and improve current products and services.

We may communicate with you by SMS, email and digital channels. This includes our website and social media channels,  for example WhatsApp.

We do not sell or share your personal data for other organisations to use other than as set out below.
